meta data sync only works immediately after deleting and reinstalling mm

Had the problem of meta data not syncing

Deleted every trace of media monkey off my galaxy s7 and off of my windows 10 lap top.

installed windows mm 4.1.22.1880
installed mma 1.3.2.0824

played and rated a couple songs for test.

plugged usb wire in and synced and it showed play count and ratings. thought my problems were solved.

shut down computer and left for the day.

came home, no meta data would sync. still shows play count and ratings for the couple test songs.

this same thing happened with the previous version of mm

bought the upgrade and selected auto convert, doesnt help.

installed the debugged version listed at #4 here: viewtopic.php?t=69 still not syncing meta data

mma also wont auto search for new media and it used to.

Did a debug log(new at this sorry if i did it wrong) and sent it to mediamonkey helpdesk. you can see the long here:
