Help with music to Zumo

Everyone seems so knowledgeable on this board, so perhaps I can apologise in advance, because I am not.

I'm a Gold user and previously managed to save dozens of playlists on MM then export them successfully onto my Garmin Zumo 660 with no problem.

I have recently had to junk my micro sd card and get another, but when I tried to export the same playlists in the same way (right click on the playlist, select 'send to' & click on the drive that I'd plugged the SD card into) all that happened was that all 1500 tracks transferred across into one giant music file, and my 30 or 40 playlists were all there, named but empty.

Is this anything to do with the version I'm now using (4.0.1.1461)?

Can anyone tell me how to export the playlists intact? If there is no way, am I able to revert to an earlier version?

If I have to organise these tracks individually into their proper playlists one at a time from within my Zumo, it will take me hours.

You'd want to use Auto-Sync and setup a mask to transfer the files to their correct sub-folders.
