2111: bmp files in MediaMonkey.ini reference MM4 directories

I installed a clean instance of 2111 to confirm this. It's not a big problem, just reporting it.

These values in the MediaMonkey.ini file reference files that don't appear in the MM5 tree.

ToolbarBackground=Skins\commandbar.bmp
TreeBackground=Skins\tree.bmp
SongsBackground=Skins\list.bmp
PlaylistBackground=Skins\playing.bmp

The folder and files are in my instance of MM4 that is a full install. I renamed the MM4 \Skins directory and didn't get an error. Maybe some legacy code that hasn't been cleaned yet.

MM5 2111, Installed to a non-system drive (my E:\ drive), Win 10 Pro 1803.17134.112, 64gb ram, 3 "disks" (NVMe C: for primary, mirrored spindle for D:, NVMe for E:). Media library is "My Music", but that's be moved to D:\My Music (reflected properly in MediaMonkey.ini).

To clarify, did you get an error message in MM5?
