User interface in MM is an ugly mess!

The user interface in MM is a bit of a mess. When using a large monitor and thus trying to increase the font-size in MM produces all kinds side-effects: Cut off labels in dialogs, strange redraw effects, etc. The mess is even bigger when changing the language, e.g. to German, where most words are longer than in English. So more cut off words in dialogs!

So please use the user interface options available in the Delphi IDE and make it better!
