Synchronise all except a selection

Apologies if this is an obvious question...

My library is only slightly larger than my device capacity. I'd like to synchronise my entire library with the exception of particular albums/ artists.

In the Auto-Synch options, I can only see "Uncheck All", where I think a "Check All" button would solve my problem.

Is there any way round this, or am I missing something.

Thats exactly what i m missing too. I have a load of audio books that i dont want to be synced with my player. Atm i m creating a huge playlist with everything except my audio books and sync that.
