Some playlists don't sync & prefixed on iPod with 'Playl
When syncing to my ipod, if I mark a smart playlist that referances other smart playlists, no playlists sync. If I mark a vanilla playlist (only unrated songs) with no referances to other playlists, it syncs fine.
Oh, and is there a way to not have the playlist name change to Playlist - <playlist name in mediamonkey> ?

Playlists on iPod
Spazz, Julian,
Not sure what you mean about playlists being renamed. e.g. when I have a playlist called 'good stuff', it appears on the iPod as 'good stuff'. Where do you see it appearing as 'Playlist - good stuff'?

iPod Playlist Sync problems
I'm beginning to wonder if this is a db/settings migration problem.
Can any of you:
-Close MM 3.0.0.1081 and Delete your MM3db and .ini file
-Restart MM 3.0.0.1081 and allow it to upgrade you MM 2.5.5 db
-After the upgrade is done, try synching to your ipod again and let me know if it works
Also, if the above fails, please send me your MM 2.5.5 db & ini file.
Thx.

'-Playlist' appended to iPod playlists
Just want to confirm: is this issue resolved for you with Beta 4 ?

after rebuilding the database from 2.5.5 the prefix is gone. GREAT.
a question: would it be possible that mediamonkey leaves the playlists on ipod, which weren't synced by mm? because then it would be nice to create autoplaylists with itunes or floola and it iwoudn't be necessary to renew them after each sync.
