I can recommend imageshack - without an account, (so far) unlimited storage. And with Firefox Imagebot, uploading is just a drag and drop.
Hopefully it will be a while before I have to clean house again. :D

Hard to tell, since they're blank! :)
Go back to the original post.

I have tried and tried and I cannot get a 100% sync when the device is syncing incremental syncs the first time around. Here are the results of my last two tests, and there was nothing changed between any of the syncs so there should be no differences. Devs, if nothing has changed with the programming for syncronization for non-ipods, this leads me to believe this has never worked correctly. And to be honest with you, I have never spent this much time investigating a sync, so who knows when the problems started or they have been like this all along, but I would like to have them corrected.

The ones in red are the ones that did not sync correctly the last two times, as you can see I have more tracks on the device then should be and I have the options set to delete those tracks not on the autosync list except for the audiobooks section, which only has 1 track in it and that is on the autosync list.

If you want to look at my db, a copy has been uploaded to here, this issue is not going to go away so I would appreciate someone helping me with this.

EDIT: This is why I have more files on the Zen then what is on the autosync list, MM is putting gibberish files on my player:

Me too... just not any on "the original post" you referred me to. No matter.

Sympathies! I thought it had arisen here too, but thankfully that was a false alarm.

Here's an extract from my Zen of samples which are on my Zen now.

BTW: I am changing the name of the topic because it is truncated files not playlists.

Just thername, not the file itself, I presume

That's what I got too.

And Nyn, did you see your Music directory has tow folders named Soundtracks? I wonder how that can have come about, esp. since the generation of those fodler names from tag frames is entirely on the MM side, not the player side.

What do you mean?? I was just changing this topic's name so it does not appear that it is only playlists that are being messed up.

Yep that is why I included that pic and when I look in them one of them has just album covers, the other has album covers, tracks and truncated files.

Since I am off the rest of this week I wiped my player to try to do some tests again, but I don't expect them to go anywhere since no one will accept that MM is messing up the syncs. It's pretty much for my own piece of mind.

I mean: what is being truncated is names, not the file itself (audio cut short)... yes?

Now that I am unsure of, because whether it is the file or the album is unclear, but it is unusable whichever it is.
