Last.fm Plugin; where do I enter my information?

So I downloaded the Last.FM plug-in that's linked in the stickied beta build, but I'm not seeing where I enter my last.fm log-in information so that it can connect to the server. I go to extensions, select the Last.FM plug-in, and the options on the side is greyed out. Any ideas? Thanks!

Tools > Options > Last.fm Service
