can't use autotag amazone

When I try to use autotagging from with Amazone I get this error:

Couldn't show results: HTTP/1.0 403 Forbidden

Is my internet access being blocked or something like that?

Some sort of firewall?
Maybe some virus protection software?

Other that that I don't know why it would be forbidden
