App won't open and tray icon disappears (v4.0.2.1462)

I installed v4.0.2.1462 but now it won't open at all. When I try to open from the start menu I get the splash screen and then the tray icon appears. But the main screen never comes up and if I try to click the tray icon it disappears as soon as I put my pointer over it.

Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate, 32-bit

Same problem with version 4.0.3.1463.

Try renaming d_iphone.dll to d_iphone.dll.off in the Program Files\MediaMonkey\Plugins folder.

If that fails send a debug log (step 4b) to support: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=69

Hey guys. I had the same problem tonight after an i-Pod hang-up crashed MM. When I tried to relaunch the program I got the same thing; i.e. load screen and tray icon appeared but app wouldn't launch. Figured out that it was the aforementioned i-pod that was still plugged in to the PC that was causing the problem. If you have an mp3 player and/or phone plugged in the system seems to hang after a crash. Unplug your device and MM should start right up with no problem. Hope this helped.

Changing the .dll filename still works; I just did it today.
