When certain plugins (Last.FM in this case) are installed this exception appears at startup. It is generic and appears to be caught at the MM level rather than within each script. There is one exception thrown per installed script. I think that it is related to the configuration pages because expected entries within the menus are missing.
Even if it cannot be fixed can you explain what is causing it so that I might see if there are further WineTricks that might added to fix the matter.
