Gentlemen,
Why, when updating Properties by right-clicking a file, this update is not reflected in right-clicking Properties in the title pane, even after F5 refresh?
I am using 3.2.5.1306.

You're using an old version of MediaMonkey.
Did you edit outside of MediaMonkey? In that case you need to rescan the edited files.
