Major problem

I dont know what happened but every time I launch MM4 Gold it says "Insufficient memory to process command" then whenever I click anything anywhere on the grid or anywhere else the art pane pops up with an image of the last song I played the last time I used MM. And I never use the art pane except to play videos, most of the time it is off the screen. MM will not do anything it is totally locked up, I tried downloading the exe again and I reinstalled it, same situation, nothing changed. Is there anything I can do to make MM forget starting on this song, maybe there is something about this particular song? My library has about 140,000 tracks. I am dead in the water should I uninstall MM completely? Will I lose my Gold license if I do that? The program is totall unresponsive cant even X out of it, I must use task manager to kill it. The only thing that happens is the art pane pops up with the cover photo of the last song I played when everything was working ok.

Please help, I have never had an issues this catastrophic before with MM. Sometimes I wish the art handling in MM did not even exist, any problems with slow playing, etc has always been due to art imbedded or otherwise. Now this also appears to be an issue with art. what should I do without losing my license?

I fixed it by completely uninstalling MM and reinstalling it to a different folder. Luckily I still had my Gold key. I'm going to attempt to play that file, I have a feeling the art in embedded with that file because it was an album I purchased online from bandcamp.com they sell FLAC albums of independent artists and when I played the file there were no jpg files so the jpg must be embedded right? These kinds of files always tend to have issues for me, wish I could remove all the embedded art from my 140,000 tracks so files woill paly faster and not hang so long.

I have no issues with embedded Art and it's all I use. You can remove it though with: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=8678&hilit=album+art+tagger
