MM 2.3 Localization Strings are ready

Post by rusty »

Hi,

The localization strings are finally ready--for MM 2.3 we've waited a bit later before posting the localization strings to avoid the many rounds of translation that were needed for the 2.2 release. I expect that the strings are final except for any errors that are discovered over the next little while.

In terms of timing, we're expecting that there will be 2 release candidates before MM 2.3 is released, with roughly 1 week between release candidates. If you're able to get the translations in within the next week or 2, that would be great. Otherwise, we'll plan for an incremental update that adds improved localization, shortly after the 2.3.1 release.

Up-to-date localization instructions are at:

The English source files along with the most recently submitted localized translations are at:

Post by rusty »

fyi, the localization files have been updated to resolve the issues described at: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3204

The localization file version is now 2.3.1.832a.

Note: the file is at the same location as in the original announcement.
