not much of a challenge you can use the theme mskn from the already converted mm 2.5 blue monkey that nohitter151 converted, or the same theme is what i used for the Esthetic hi fi skin. instead of using the old theme.4 skinning engine just open that in the theme.7 skinning engine then add in all the needed stuff. i think nohitter added in the pop up stuff so that is already in his version of the theme.mskn file
then just make a new player skin shape using the mm 3 theme 7 engine.
the hard part is making sure you get all the code in the theme mskn for the mm 3 skins. it would almost be better to use the old royal blue or casino royal blue skin theme.mskn file and make it all blue.
like i did with the blues monkey skin.
or the musicbringer skin. both of those are mm 3 skins from the start.
the thing that seems to bother me visually with the mm 2 comparing it with the mm 3 skins is that the listview and tree backgrounds can't use the solid image like mm 2.
that is the reason for the converting of some of the skins i did was to get the solid images in the backgrounds. mm 3 skin stretches the images used there so the background on the listview is using, only one quarter of an inch of the image to show as the background.
making for a very bad image. so i used the mm 2 theme but had to use the cut back features to make it work.
so there is good and bad in both skins but lots of trouble to get the mm 2 converted.
