Here is my new skin
I like the new look of the MMforum,so I decide to make a MMforum look-a-like Skin,
I use forms,colors and some images from there.

Oh I like this one alot (almost as much as the Dark Eclipse skin) and the best part, there isn't a feature I would need to change. Well done, DreadM!!!

Ah, this looks very nice. It's a shame there's no track title on the micro-player though.

he means there is not album art viewed on the player, like most of us started to do. he did this like we all did at first and left the album art to be viewed by the link on the view drop down menu.


nice job matching the colors to the web site, still i like dark or colored text area's over the white ones cause white is blinding. but this skin might give Morten a challenge for the default skin next time they make a new version?

I'm really impressed with the beauty of this design. I've been a fan of your skins for a while now. This is one of those skins that makes me want to full package of companion skins to augment every script that has a display--like MonkeyRok, Lyrics and Comment Viewer, etc. (though the rrym_basic skin for MonkeyRok blends in well). Thanks for this, and I'm looking forward to using it through the future.

This looks realy nice and i second the wish for an MonkeyRok skin.
One small thing i noticed is a strange behavior when i select a text.
On the first pic everything works with the selection

but on this pic the genre is actually selected but it is not shown. Every field with a dropdown menu behaves like this.

And even more strange is that the selection color appear magically if i push the PrintScreen Key.

I have a problem with this skin. If you will look at the image below:

on the right side, where the text is highlighted you'll see where the
text doesn't line-up with the high-lighted area and the high-lighting
extends partially down to the line below.

For the Lyrics Viewer the Stars Theme looks allright.

When you put Track title to the microplayer you must make other things smaller, and I prefer to have a rating option on it.

I don't rate tracks manually and I don't need a rating display on the micro-player but I'd like to see what track I'm listening to. Not sure what the ...popupinfo would do but if it's, well, a pop-up, I wouldn't like that either. Anyway, it is a nice skin otherwise. I simply can't use it without a track title on the micro-player. Oh, also you made Eclipse with a track title and ratings on the micro-player (as well as a seek bar!) and that looks sweet! I guess you just decided ratings were better suited for this skin instead of track title (and not both again)?

Very nice skin! It has become my favorite.

One thing, though. Could you post the .bmp you use for the backgrounds? I'm not crazy about the white background in the tree section and would like to make it match up with the other two. Sometimes I'm looking at MM for hours at a time and white can be fatiguing on the eyes. Thanks!

hmmm. something like the alternating blues used in the posts would be nice. I think you can still change the .msz to .zip and extract the .bmps yourself. You can then alter them to your liking and either rezip it up and alter the .zip back to .msz, or just leave the package together in the unzipped folder (you can still access the skin through MM3 in this way). Post a screenshot if you are happy with your fiddling!

I just made a screen print of the main window and then used my Photo editing software to crop the image to only include alternating colors and use that as a background. Not elegant but it meets my needs. ie..
