GigaBeat S30 syncing question

Hello,

I just got a GigaBeat. I did have a Cretive Zen and I liked the loader with it... but GigaBeat doesn't load with add-on software. Anyway, my collection of music is 85 gigs and I don't want to auto sync since that really doesn't work out... I want to be able to choose what I load but I can't seem to see how to do it. I tried in WMP but I quickly remembered why I went looking for something better so long ago.

What am I missing here?
