Disable Autoupdate of Album Artist Field when Editing Artist

In addition to better parsing for multiple items (MM desperately needs better parsing!), can we please have an option (or the default) not to have the Album Artist changed when editing the Artist field?

I thought I'd be okay with MM's "semi-colon as separator" when scrobbling tracks to last.fm but I just can't deal with the bad (and incorrect) data so now I'm going through and making Artist names match what it would look like had MM a proper parsing method. I'd like to keep the semi-colon intact for Album Artists though since I mostly browse by that field and it does not affect the scrobbling data. The problem is that on many edits, when I start changing the Artist name, the Album Artist name is edited simultaneously and I have to change it back before I save the changes. There either needs to be an option to turn this off or it needs to be turned off altogether.
