Lower-case folders

Hi, is there a script so that I can make all physical music folders with lower-cases? i.e.

madonna - no idea what album she has
britney spears - me neither
rolling stones - so what are you talking about
rodney king - no idea

instead of

Madonna - No Idea What Album ... etc.

I am talking about how it displays in the Windows Explorer view, i don't care about the mp3 files, just the overview of artists and albums.

I don't anything like this exists yet, probably because its a very unusual request. I can't imagine why you'd want something like this

I have no desire to test it. But you could try using Bex's Case & Leading Zero script and then use Auto-Organize. *shrugs*

Or you can auto-organize using the new masks introduced in 3.0.2.1131

We're happy to announce 3.0.2 Beta 2. It tackles more of the most significant issues affecting 3.0.1. The changes are fairly limited, but in the interest of getting it to testers as soon as possible, they have not yet been extensively tested.

What's new?

4298 Added new mask functions
- $Left(s,n) - Returns left n characters
- $Right(s,n) - Returns right n characters
- $Mid(s,i,n) - Returns n characters starting with ith
- $Trim(s) - Cuts spaces from the beginning and end of string
- $Upper(s) - Converts to uppercase
- $Lower(s) - Converts to lowercase

yeah i have that version but i am a Mask noob i have no idea how to enter that info into the Auto-Organize menu?

i.e. H:\overig\complete\<Artist> - <Album>\<Track#> - <Title>

where do i then let MM know that i want \<Artist> - <Album>\ in lowercase?

or surround the whole mask if you want everything lowered

i.e. $lower(H:\overig\complete\<Artist> - <Album>\<Track#> - <Title>)
