The most recent 3.1 build will always be in the most recent post in this thread. To be notified of future builds, just subscribe to the thread.
For this test cycle, we're opening up our bug tracking system (read-only to begin with) to give better visibility on issue statuses and plans. A full list of changes in 3.1 appears on our changelog . We're also going to post 'internal' builds on a regular basis so that there aren't long gaps between formal Alpha & Beta builds. 'Internal' builds will include the most recent changes, but will not necessarily have been tested, giving the more adventurous among you a chance to try out the same software that the developers are using.
With that said, here's our first 3.1 'internal' build. Before you rush into downloading it, remember that it's pre-release software and contains a variety of changes that have not been thoroughly tested. The software is being provided for feedback and testing purposes -- please backup your data to protect against data loss.

What's new?
- See changelog for 3.1 features from builds 1184-1196.
If you need more information, you can access an unfiltered view of Mantis, our bug tracking system.
- DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS, unless you want an old build. Please go to last post in this thread for the latest 3.1 build!
MediaMonkey: http://www.mediamonkey.com/beta/MediaMo ... _Debug.exe
Double-click the downloaded file and follow the installation instructions:
-When prompted for an install directory, choose a new directory such as /Program Files/MediaMonkey31/ so as to preserve your existing MediaMonkey installation.
-When prompted for path to shorcuts, choose something like MediaMonkey3 so that you'll have shortcuts to both versions of MediaMonkey in your Start folder.
Note: The database format for version 3.1 is slightly different than for 3.0.x. When you install a 3.1 build, a backup of MM.DB will be created, and a new MM.DB will be created. The new version is not compatible with 3.0.x, so if you want to revert to 3.0.x, you'll have to rename the backup DB to MM.DB.
Enjoy!
