Do you mean that...

1) It is case sensitive and you think it's shouldn't be, or
2) It's not case sensitive and you think it should be?

I'm glad it's working now anyway! :)

well hmm..i think i go for number one :)

because people write titles different ways...some use "For"...and some "for"....and "in the" and "In The"

maybe a radio button for "case sensitive search"?

But really...in my collection ..its not a big problem.

New version (4.4) is now available to download from my website. A flag has been added to control case sensitivity.

Is it possible to remove duplicates based on title and rating? So that if it sees tracks with duplicate titles it will keep the one with the higher rating?

Well this script doesn't actually use anything to decide which duplicates should be removed, it just keeps the first one. The script could probably be modified to do this though.

I'm not sure what you mean. Can you be more specific?

If you wish each removal to be confirmed you can set this confirmation in the MM options.
Forgive me, as I'm still getting the "swing of things" with MM, but where exactly can I find the option for confirmation of deletion? I don't see any specific nodes in Options for this script.

I don't know what is happening but suddenly mediamonkey (v.3.2.4.1304) started freezing and closing after trying to use Fix Playlist Dups 4.4. I already removed and made a fresh new installation of MM and install this script.... and the problems is still happening. I use windows 7 64bit. with this version since 2 or 3 weeks ago without any problem. It's so strange i didn't experience this problem as long as i had used MM.

Hope someone has a solution
thanks!
