With the tweaks in MM3.1 my MM has changed drastically. Here it is, as I stated earlier I go for a functional MM more than a visually pleasing one. Of course it isn't too visually displeasing either

. I have become an addict with the custom toolbars as I have with scripts. If not for my custom nodes I would get rid of the tree, but since I can't this works for me:

Actually I do not have them all turned on, I only turn on the Websearch panels when I need them and since the Stations script upgraded to a toolbar icon, I do not have that one on any more. I do most of my editing from my panels, so they serve a function besides looking good. This is what my setup looks like with your Vitreous Blue skin, which is a part of my top 5.

I only use the dark skins at work since there I do not do any editing there. The dark ones are hard on my eyes even with a 24" monitor, so at home I stick to the light ones.
