Last.fm Scrobbler Plug-in testing (MM 3.1)

We have a new Last.fm plugin v1.0.2.1 to test with MM 3.1. It fixes most known issues with the MM 3.0 plugin.

Testing notes:
- If using with MM 3.0 only Now playing will be Scrobbled to last.fm (for full functionality MM 3.1+ is required)
- It can be installed on top of old 3.0 plugin

We've made a couple of fixes and added the most requested feature--the ability to configure what tracks shouldn't be scrobbled (use the 'Submission rules' to define which filters shouldn't be scrobbled).
