Hopefully someone can help.

Mp3tag, WMP12, Songbird, all have no trouble displaying the year in Windows7.

I'm not observing that behavior on Win 7 RC x64.

Thanks for letting me know.

Now, I have no idea what to do...

This problem wasn't happening when I first installed MM3 on windows 7 rc (it was the first thing i did), but after installing about 20 different apps and adjusting settings in the control panel, i got launch mm3 and then this problem appears.

I'm going to try creating a new user profile in win7 and see what happens there.

I don't have the problem on Win RC x32
Is that unskinned MM? - Try with a skin just for the sake of eliminating this possibility?

Tried, and it didn't work.

I created a new user profile in windows 7, and ran mediamonkey with my database, and to my suprise the date column shows up. I then went back to my original user profile and tried deleting everything mediamonkey installs (appdata stuff, and reg keys), and created a new database and the year column doesn't display anything still!

This is a really annoying problem, and driving me up the wall.

Don't know if it will help anyone but here is a pic of everything I installed after mediamonkey was installed and working properly:

FIXED!

I'm so happy I finally fixed this problem! The problem was, customizing the date layout in windows date and time properties to DD/MMMM/YYYY, I then changed it back to DD/MMM/YY and now ----->

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Mediamonkey displays the year column now. YES!

Glad that you found a fix, but I really like having my date customised on my taskbar! :(

I'm a new MM user and really like the overall experience... however, I'd be in favour of a fix to the program in future versions for support of this date customisation in Windows 7 if at all possible

I set the date to all the different presets available and closed/reopened MM but the date always shows fine. What date format are you using exactly?
