Rusty, thanks for the reply, I just got this now and I'm at work so I won't be able to try out 1283 until later on but I will certainly let you know how I get on. Incidentally, like NewRaven, I do run MediaMonkey as admin, it's just something I do as a matter o fcourse with all apps in Windows 7 (and Vista come to that...) so that may also have something to do with it, I'll try it both ways and let you know.
