But I need to first install .NET Framework v4.0.30319 to run it. I'm on XP and I think I have v2.0 :(

But Mood is also, somehow, a matter of taste. Don't you think?

No. I don't think.
If a song is a "Happy", "Sad" or "Groovy" song (for example), that usually applies to everyone. Unlike your personal rating of a song (e.g. 2 star, 5 star etc.).

Like the addon, question I have is if it works per Album or if you can run it on many Albums at the same time?

I do too. But it's nice to have a starting point when I'm exploring music that's new to my library which I have yet to explore...

I'm liking this addon and I was wondering the if the following can be added. An option to save the AMG ID to user selectable field. I also would really like the Composer field to be added. Others might like other fields like the previous mentioned Album Rating (I don't).

I would also like it to search automatically when launched (can be an option) and wouldn't mind auto-save either (This would mean it would automatically populate the Mood field without user interaction.

PS. I'd be really happy if the Album Review can be saved to Album comments and Artist Review to Artist Comments by this or other addon.

I'm planing to add this addon to tools menu and to context menu add a more practical version.

I think, what you are looking for is a AMG auto tag, soon i will get a lot of free time maybe i try something.

Yeah (like viewtopic.php?f=2&t=47927). I think if you're able to get one tag you should consider others as well. Saving the AMG ID would allow to run the addon on multiple albums. I like the way the MusicIP Tagger (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=30994) is setup where you select which fields to tag and have the ability to save the PUID to the tag. I also like that it runs in the Auto-Tag from Web dialog.

Are you planning on adding the ability to save the AMG ID any time soon? If not I'll go ahead and tag more of my collection with mood, otherwise I'll wait till a version supporting it comes along.

Thanks for all the work.

It is very hard to answer that, but probably not :(

Hi,

i am using MM 3.2.4.1304, win7
Installed the extension with admin rights, but nothing is in the context menu. I restarted a few times and even rebooted, but w/o success.
What can i do now?

EDIT: My fault. I tried the context menu in the playlist. Just after writing this post i found the menu item in the archive list.

Best regards,
Marco

Hi,

I'd like very much to give it a try but is there an installation guide or steps to follow?

Thanks

Just double click the downloaded MoodManagerV2.0.mmip and then select files in MM and use right click > Mood Manager
