MM4 bugs on 2nd monitor & other quirks report

Post by mmfan »

I have a two lcd monitors setup and just installed the new portable mode. I usually have my MM3 on on the second screen. So when running MM4 on the 2nd screen, I've encountered several problems here:

As you can see, the mouse pointer turned into a v-resize when I hover the tab-bar and so I can't drag the windows around. You can also see that the File menus there has disappeared!...until I hovered the mouse over them and they'll reappear. There was also a crash error when I was clicking around at the new podcast section and the report windows pop up and did all its things automatically, quite weird since I didn't click send.

Other bug report:
1) I did notice that installing MM4 portable messes up the registry for MM3 hard installed in the system. Luckily, I backed up the registry for MM3 and restored it to working condition ;)
2) restoring from MicroPlayer take considerable time for MM to render the UI.
4) The info popup on the MicroPlayer doesn't does show again after fading out.
3) I can't drag the MiniPlayer.
5) I'll update as more things found.

So I guess you guys haven't got around to fix usability bugs. It's been a month since I reported it and these problems are still here with more people reporting it now.

This should be fixed in latest MM 4.0.0.1382+ versions.
