Help, can't seek url streaming files

Hello,
When I stream an mp3 online like (http://fetch.noxsolutions.com/schiff/au ... 13_low.mp3), I can't seek it to the portion of the mp3 I want to listen to. Is there a way I can enable seeking streaming file? I'm temporary using WMP to play stream url file because it allows seeking. Please help.

Tested with build 1390 and the seeking works fine for me with the stream http://fetch.noxsolutions.com/schiff/au ... 13_low.mp3

Which build you have tested?

I test with MM4 1389 and not working, I'll try the new release to see if I can.
