How do I sync an HP Touchpad?
I am trying to sync my HP Touchpad but it does notvrecognize the device. Can anyone help?
Re: How do I sync an HP Touchpad?
MediaMonkey recognized my Touchpad. The problem I have is that the transferred playlists are not recognized by the Touchpad.
Re: How do I sync an HP Touchpad?
MM recognised my TouchPad too. My problem is that when the songs are transferred over to the TP they always end up in the Root directory of the USB drive and not in the directories that I have specified in the device configuration.
I have specified the following as the location to put songs: \DCIM\100PALM\<Artist>\<Album>\<Title>
Any reason why MM will not place the songs in the correct directory structure?
I have version 3.2.5.1306
TIA.

NOTE: If you cannot see these files, it likely means that you need to enable viewing of hidden files/folders.
In Windows explorer, go to Tools > Folder options. Select the View tab and check "Show hidden files and folders".
The folders and files listed should now be accessible.
