MonkeyTunes - DACP Server pour iPhone / Android

Hello Melloware,
I use the android phone only with the wi-fi secure of my livebox.
My livebox is working as an router.
The PC and the drive are connected via ethernet to the livebox.
With the old livebox I used MonkeyTunes with TunesRemote +.
My new livebox is the same model as the previous one.
Also I feel that the problem is not between the PC and the livebox because the livebox model has not changed.
What tests can I do to determine the cause of the problem?

You can try and see if port communication on 3689 and 5353 is open between the two devices.

You can go into Android and go to a web browser and type in ....

http://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:3689/server-info

to see if you can hit the MonkeyTunes web server from your Android.

I just do the test.
Nothing happens on the phone android.
By cons, in the Journal of Media Monkey lines are created with "2011-08-04 21:09:09,937 [INFO] - (3) - 3689: / server-info".
In the Windows XP firewall I added (in exceptions): port 1024 and the program MediaMonkey.
And I added port 1024 in the configuration of the livebox.
On page "Android pairing instructions" of the FAQ, it is specified "IMPORTANT: Do NOT enter pairing code" 0000 "or" 5309 "only enter" 1 "or" 0000000000000001 ".
however, I tried both. Is this could be the problem?
Should I uninstall MonkeyTunes (and how) and I reinstall it ?

OK so your Android can hit the server on 3689 based on the above log entry. That is good.

Now the problem is around Bonjour and port 5353.

It's a good news that the server on 3689 based on the above log entry.
I uninstalled and reinstall Bonjour to be sure to have the latest version. Version v2.0.2 of June 2010 is now reinstalled. I have no printer so Bonjour has just opened port 5353.
In the exceptions tab of Windows Firewall, Bonjour is actually part of the list.
In the configuration of my livebox, port 5353 is enabled.
What test can I do to confirm that the problem is Bonjour (or whatever)?
Currently, on my phone Android when I click on TunesRemote+ there is the message "Searching for network libraries".

Android app called "ZeroConf Browser" also written by Melloware shows you all Bonjour services that your Android can see.

Also are you on a Wired vs Wireless netowkr? Meaning is your PC on a LAN ethernet cable? Some routers will not send Bonjour traffic between a wired PC and a wireless Android. Check your router if it supports that.

Thank you for your advice.

I downloaded Zeroconf Browser on Android phone:
It tells me it does not find any service.

The PC is wired by ethernet (RJ45) to the router. The external hard drive system, which contains musics, is also wired ethernet to the router.

The strangest thing is that with the previous router + TunesRemote worked.
The previous router was exactly the same model currently used,

What tests can I do please to detect the cause and correct the problem?

The issue might be because of a hard wired router and a wireless Android. I am not sure why the previous TunesRemote worked as it still uses Bonjour and UDP packets.

If ZeroConf Browser is showing nothing it means your Android cannot see any Bonjour brodcasted services. Is your Android phone different than a previous model you had tried with TunesREmote? Some Android phones do not allow Bonjour traffic at all at the firmware level.

The Android phone is the same as that used with the previous router
(it's my first Android phone).
I don't know what to do to remedy the problem.
