iPod- Podcast Syncing all not "unplayed episodes of"

Under my iPod (d_iPod.dll) configuration I have it set to Synchronize "All" "unplayed episodes of" and everything is checked.
Down in the info area it says 146 files, 5.7GB... like it should, but when I go to sync it syncs episodes that have already been played.

Does anyone else have this issue and how do I go about fixing it? I checked the Music section to see if the folder was under there as well, but it isn't.

This bug is driving me crazy, because my iPod Classic is almost full, so I don't want unnecessary stuff on it.
