Dutch translation for MM4.0

I need some help translating some MM4.0 things into Dutch. Some new functions are not very straight-forward and not easy to find. Seeing a remark, command or function out of it's context makes it hard to translate. And since I cannot find everything in MM4.0 that is in the new strings, I need some help from Dutch speaking people.

I will add questions in this thread as I find them.

Firt of all:
Does anyone have a good translation for "artwork"? In MM3.x it was Album-Art, which I left untranslated, since Dutch has no good word for it, as far as I know. Does anyone have a good translation now for Artwork or a god desctriptive translation for it? (Translation is kunst, kunstwerk, but that does not cover what is meant here)

Second:
I am unable to translate these two lines, because I'm missing the context and cannot find it:
- Specify levels as comma separated list of integers
Letterlijk: "Geef niveaus op als door komma's gescheiden lijsten van hele waardes", but I'm afraid that this misses the point. Anyone know what this refers to?

- Specify profiles as comma separated list of integers
Letterlijk: "Geef profielen op als door komma's gescheiden lijsten van hele waardes", but this gives me the same problem: I miss the context.
Main question: what do Levels, Profiles and mainly integers refer to?

I can't help re. the Dutch strings, but I can clarify the following two strings:
- Specify levels as comma separated list of integers :
- Specify profiles as comma separated list of integers :

Both of these appear at Device Profile > Auto-conversion > Set (supported) formats > Add supported format > Content: Video > Video tab

They refer to video codec settings such as:

The current text doesn't describe the mapping between integers and the various profiles/levels, however, that will be posted to our web site / wiki (unless we add this directly into options dialog). Here are the values (sorry for the formatting):

or "afbeelding" (but this has more the meaning of 'image')

without context it is indeed difficult... I think in Dutch the order would be somewhat different.
I don't know what levels and profiles refer to, but generally "niveaus" and "profielen" would suit as translation. Integers refers definitely to "gehele getallen".
And the translation must be lijst (not lijsten) as it is list (not lists) in English.

I suggest the following:
Specify levels as comma separated list of integers = Specificeer niveaus met een lijst van gehele getallen, gescheiden door comma's.
Specify profiles as comma separated list of integers = Specificeer profielen met een lijst van gehele getallen, gescheiden door comma's.

Dangerous error!

The Dutch translation for clearing the library is really wrong, and very confusing.

It says "schonen", this means tidying but this action deletes all content of the library!!! "Schonen" is Dutch for cleaning, not for clearing!
A far better translation would be "leegmaken".

I have also posted this in the Dutch localization forum. Since there is no reaction there, I have stopped posting errors (there are several). But this one should really be solved.

About Artwork: I choose tho translate, because I feel that a translation should contain as little foreign words as possible, even if a word (like Artwork) is officially adopted in the native speech.

Some further small mistakes:

Thanks again for posting the erors in the translation. Please, feel free to contact me if you find any more problems. If you send me a PM, I will probably answer much sooner.

I confirmed most of the errors and changed them.
The problem with the 64-karakberlimiet was due to the translated string being too long. It did not fit the screen. It's solved now.
I did not change the translation about "verwijderen van de lijst". That translation is correct. You cannot remove something out of a list, only from a list.
