Upgrade offer for MM4

I have been a gold member for a number of years with a MM3 gold account. My email address has changed since I bought my MM3 gold account and I emailed the company to request them to update my email and forward the offer for an upgrade to MM4 gold. I have not had any reply from them. Does anyone have any ideas of how I can get the discounted offer to upgrade to MM4 gold? Many thanks, Graham

Graham, I didn't get an email either so I took up the Black Friday offer which offers a substantial discount as well.
