MM4 top menu bar difficult to grab with Mouse

For some reason, in MM4, I am having a hard time moving the MM4 window around with my mouse. It does grab to he far left side but not at all in the middle area and 1 spot on the right. This is pretty annoying, since I am moving it around often to adjust.

Just windows XP SP3. I guess its just a bug in my computer. I have no idea what could be causing it. I'm going to uninstall it. I was going to register it but I would rather use the old one. It's too annoying to not be able to move it around easily. I'll wait till the next update and see if it still does it. I do like the way it looks and that it plays video .

I just tried other skins in "Options" and only Virteous has the grabbing problem; however, the other skins gives me an error message when I minimize it to the taskbar: Access violation at address 00B0F0DB in module "MediaMonkey.exe'. Read of address DB1448C8. Along with a loud sound to notify me of the error. So much for progress.

Vitreous allows me to grab anywhere on XP (note only the top half is the Titlebar, the lower half is toolbars and doesn't allow drag & drop).

As for the access violations a debug report (step 4b) send to support would be helpful: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=69

This error message goes away once I restart MM4 when I change skins. I continue to have the grabbing problem in the default Vitreous but it works fine in all the other skins for some strange reason on my computer.
