Can't sync my iTouch - No active device has been detected

I have an iTouch, i think its 2nd gen. I have iTunes 10.5.1.42. I have MM 3.2.5.1306.

I followed the guide here (http://www.mediamonkey.com/wiki/index.p ... _ipod_sync) to sync my iTouch with MM. However, i get the message "No active device has been detected"

Please help.
