upgrade von 3x gold auf V4

Hallo, ich sollte laut Lizenzvertrage von 3.x (gekauft im Oktober 2010) einen Rabatt auf die V4 Gold erhalten. Ich habe bereits viele eMails an mediamonkey und element5 gesendet, aber bisher keine Antwort erhalten.
Wer kann mir weiterhelfen?

I did it. And what I´m referering to ist the following sentence you have at your support side:
"o Other 3.x Gold License holders will receive a coupon by E-Mail offering a significant
discount on an upgrade to MediaMonkey 4"
I have a gold licence, but I never recieved that E-Mail and would like get this "significant" discount. Can you let me send that (again), please
