Getting a Loaction TreeNode

How can I navigate to "Entire Library->Location->Some Place->All"?

In other words, what CollectionID replaces the deprecated Node_Location? I don't use collections at all.

Just enable the "Entire library" node (File > Manage collections). Location is enabled under that node by default.
