Other than File Types and Tools > Options > Library's ignore files there are no other settings. It could be that the files have some incompatibility, you could open a support ticket with a link to a filesharing like Dropbox where the developers can download a sample file that fails to import for analysis: http://www.mediamonkey.com/support/inde ... &_a=submit
