Media Monkey hangs-can't stop even in task manager

I've had a lot of trouble with MM since the new version came out. I LOVE this program but the latest version seems to be slow to respond and hangs often.

I am running Windows 7 ultimate 64. When the program hangs I have to start the task manager and try and kill the application. On several occasions I could not kill the app and had to reboot. The computer was so hung I had to power it down. This is very unfortunate, disturbing and I'm afraid to even run the program again in fear that I am going to corrupt my Windows install.

I've seen this before with other awesome software. A new update comes out and the software is bloated and slow. --SAD

The older version never hung on me and it was crisp to respond when I clicked on something.

I truly hope you can stabilize the program. I can't imagine hunting and trying to find another media manager.

For now I am without a way to listen or sync my music. Please work hard on getting this program running quick and stable again.

Slowness is fixed for most with File > Maintain Library with complete optimization resulting in a faster MediaMonkey.
