Volume Range Compression

It may have been discussed before, but I can't find it. What I would like is an option for dynamic range compression when MM does auto-conversion on sync. Basically, I mostly use MM to load my music library onto devices (or discs) for playing in my (somewhat noisy) car. What I want is MM to be able to create an auto-converted copy of the music that does to it what FM radio stations do. I've found add on modules like Jammix Enhancer, but that only seems to apply to what is being played on the PC's speakers. A good example of a song that needs this is "Stairway to Heaven". Once MM is done leveling the volume, I can't hear the first two minutes of the song, when I'm listening in the car. What I want is to leave my original music intact, but reduce the volume range on the converted files.
