Podcast SendTo iPod - Where did they go

Postby cleaner » Thu Apr 19, 2012 1:15 pm

From the podcast list in MediaMonkey I highlighted a bunch of podcasts (about 1g), rightclicked, chose SendTo, chose my devince (iPod Touch).
The staus bar at the bottom said that it was copying files. It took a while to finish.
Once finished I now have less space available (about 1g) on my device but I can't find the files on my device.
Where did they go?

They are not in the iPod posdcast list, audiobooks, or music.

Please help.

Thanks

One more piece of information...
Looking at my device from MediaMonkey I can see the files. They are in podcast subfolders under the main podcast folder.
I can't figure out how to see these directly on my iPod.

I bet it is something very simple.
Please help.

Have you tried to rebuild the device database?

One more thing to add.
in the Music app on the iPod when I select Podcast it says there are no files there. If I go to the search function, however, and I put in the title it comes up in the search results. The search results shows that it is in fact a podcast. If I chose it it plays. After that it is still not in the music app under podcasts but it an still be found in the search.

Does this have to do with how my files are configured in MediaMonkey or is it an iPod issue.

I will try and rebuild the device database.
