Unable to Add/Rescan for files

when i first downloaded this it collected all my songs x3 so i used "clear Database" and move my files around so i wouldn't get 3 of each song. every time i try to search for these songs it doesn't find them even though i open it up and see all my music there. i've removed this program and re-installed 4 times and nothing has changed, i removed mediamonkey file from (x86) incase it saved any settings and tried again... still nothing, anybody know what's going on?
(it picks up my films fine but no music)

Did you check in Entire Library > Location if the files can be found?

I've tried everything, even told it to search the whole computer and pulled up silly useless sounds and NO music, i haven't changed any of the settings. i can pull up films fine but no music. i have opened the music file and played songs individually but disappear when finished. is this normal or should i just find another music player?

You're not saying if you checked the Entire Library > Location node in the Media Tree to see if the files can be found.

i can find all my music files in the tree option on the side and can play off them but cannot import them to save on MediaMonkey. when i searched them individually from the tree option it said did not match import criteria, does that mean anything to you?

Thanks alot, i fixed it. somebody had turned off File Type on films... damn kids. Thanks alot for your help!
