Auto-increment Track #s randomly does not update

MediaMonkey 4.0.3.1476

1. Select all tracks in a folder that has mixed track numbers (don't try to change from Track1 to Track1)
2. Tools->Scripts->Auto-Increment Track #s
3. Start numbering from '1'. Press OK. Wait until files are finished updating.
4. CTRL-R to rename files or select another folder and go back, numbering will be odd again.
5. Select tracks again
6. Tools->Scripts->Auto-Increment Track #s
7. Start numbering from '1'. Press OK. Wait until files are finished updating.
8. This time always works correctly. All tracks are actually renumbered correctly. Second time always works, first time works 1 out of 10 times.

I use this a lot and never had an issue. Are you doing this in the My Computer node in MediaMonkey?

I specifically found an album with this type of numbering and ensured I'm in "My Computer" mode just now. However I'm not always in Computer node. I can reproduce it anywhere.

And I went to change it to this format:

... ...
1 2
2 2
... ...

1. Selected all Disk#2 tracks
2. Tools->Scripts->Auto-Increment Track #s
3. Start numbering from '1'. Press OK. Wait until files are finished updating.
3. CTRL-A
4. CTRL-R to rename files. Result is only two files got updated for Disk#2, the rest are still same Track#s as before:

... ...

When I select same files once more, this time always works correctly.

My Computer node is actually the problem node in many cases. Also is the issue that the Track# tag reverts or that Auto-Organize Files fails to update the filename (if so, what is the mask used)?

Issue is that tag fails to get updated and is reverted to an original tag. However, now I've tried different search Views like "Albums" and it seem that it's working on ones that I've tried... Go figure.

This would bring a conclusion that it was "My Computer" view where tags would not 'not stick'.

I can reproduce in "My Computer" view in every case:
1. Select Disk#2 tracks
2. Tools->Scripts->Auto-Increment Track #s
3. Start numbering from '1'. Press OK. Wait until files are finished updating. I've waited as long as a few minutes.
4. Click on another folder, and then go back
5. Only few random files are updated.

That's still a 'nasty' bug as I almost 100% of the time am in 'My Computer' view to catalog new files. It's not always just music in these folders, it can be music and/or video, sometimes mixed therefore to see all files I must be in 'My Computer" to see all file types supported by MM4.
