[1487] Pasting artwork in Properties doesn't work [#9321]

I have just noticed that tagging artwork with MM v4.0.5.1487 Beta doesn't display any artwork after tagging.
The problem may have started with v4.0.5.1486 Beta, but I don't know as I didn't do any tagging with that version.

I have gone back to v4.0.5.1485 Beta, and all is good after re-tagging with that version.

Can you please detail steps of tagging and where it fails to show?

Hi Stigg,

If you're referring to the fact that the Artwork on the iOS device doesn't display in MM when browsing the device in MM--this has been a limitation of MM for sometime and is planned as a future fix at http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=3139 .

If you're referring to the fact that cut/paste of artwork from firefox 12 isn't working, that's caused by a change in the latest version of firefox, and will be rectified in MM in the next build. See: http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=9321

Hi guys.

I am simple saying that adding multiple album art (front, back, inlay, media label etc.) via the file properties to newly ripped tracks fails to be displayed in MM v4.0.5.1487.
If I revert back to v4.0.5.1485, then it works correctly.

Ahh... I see what you mean.

The problem is specific to _pasting_ images copied from firefox (our fix was incomplete). Tracked at http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=9321 .

Scratch that--I was testing with a build prior to 1488

Build 1488 fixes the bug. Let me know if it does for you as well.
