No art pasting?

I have a bizarre random issue suddenly cropping up: MM4 will no longer paste any images into the Artwork tab. Images are most definitely on the clipboard, they'll paste elsewhere...but I can't put them into MM either by hitting Ctrl+V or by right-clicking. WTF?

Works okay for me. What version of MM?
