MetroStyle interface for MediaMonkey

Hi,
I'm a .Net Developer. Today I had an interesting idea to create a MetroStyle app that uses MediaMonkey's API. This will help users like me who love MediaMonkey but also love the beauty of MetroStyle apps.
However I wanted to post here that is something similar going to happen by official developers?
If not, can I sell this app? Do I need some kind of license to develop this app? Will MediaMonkey support this development financially? (or in some other way?)

I would very much appreciate hearing from MM officials/developers.

Do you have an example of what something like this would look like? Why not just dev a pure aero skin

Have you used Windows 8? In Windows 8, MetroStyle apps run in a completely different environment. So creating another skin would not be similar to creating a MetroStyle app that runs using Windows 8's WinRT API.

The links you posted were just requests and ideas. I wanna know whether this is being worked on or not? I am willing to start this project, if officials want me to. (or they let me sell this product)

Yes, we've begun work, but are always happy to have others join in. alirezanoori and Jiri will touch base to see if this makes sense.
