MediaMonkey 4.1.0.1609 - new round of testing

Post by rusty »

Hi,

We're beginning a new round of testing for MediaMonkey 4.1. This is a major release that adds wireless synchronization with MediaMonkey for Android along with a fair number of other minor improvements and fixes.

This initial build introduces wireless synchronization with MediaMonkey for Android, and includes ~150 other fixes and improvements.

Please let us know what you think.

What's new? Test notes
  • Read the installation instructions carefully!!
Note that debug builds are a bit slower than standard builds
Try wireless sync with MediaMonkey for Android
Download Installation:
  • Double-click the downloaded file
Select 'Portable mode' in the installer, and choose a temporary directory e.g. /My Documents/Temp/MM41/ (so that it won't interfere with your existing installation of MediaMonkey 4.0).
When you run MediaMonkey, make sure that you run the version that you installed to the temporary directory ;-)
Enjoy!
