iPad Pro Mini not seen with 1785

My MM 1785 doesn't see my new iPad Pro Mini with IOS 9.3.1

Which version of iTunes and does Windows see it?

iTunes 12.3.3.17 and Windows 10 sees it

MM does see my iPhone SE with IOS 9.3.1 though

Could you please generete debug log (item 4b here: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... ?f=6&t=341 )

1) Connect only the iPad Pro Mini
2) Start DbgView
3) Start Mediamonkey
4) wait 10 seconds
5) Save the log from the DbgView and attach via eSupport ticket or as a link to a free file sharing service (DropBox, Box, FileDropper, ....)

Hi, from the log I see that the device was detected correclty and added to MediaMonkey interface:

iPhone: FW version: 9.3.1
iPod: Adding device to MM interface, Friendly Name: George’s iPad Pro Mini

Are you sure that you don't see the "George’s iPad Pro Mini" in MediaMonkey interface?
If yes then please o to Tools -> Options -> Portable Device Sync -- and verify that the row with "George’s iPad Pro Mini" has checked the 'Show' column.
If it is unchecked then check it. Does it solve the problem?

Hi,
the Portable Device Sync had two entries for "George's iPad Air" (my previous iPad). One was checked and one was unchecked.
I flipped them and now it shows in MM
