I can play .mpc files on my desktop but does not play on my android phone, Samsung galaxy s7. It's a real bummer because I have alot of mpc files because it was open source.

Hi,
MMA plays only files that have native codec support on devices. I have not yet seen device that natively support .mpc you should enable Auto-Convert on Sync and set .MPC as unsupported format for device.
