Hi :)
Ludek wrote: Fri Jun 15, 2018 3:46 pm Could you please check whether the cover is presented in the file tag of file:
:\MUSIQUE\Ma musique\Pop Rock\Maroon 5\1.22.03.Acoustic (2004)\01. This Love.mp3
or send me the file for analyzing? It seems that the cover is either not presented in the file tag or cannot be read by MM.
yes, artwork is in file tag.
Ludek wrote: Fri Jun 15, 2018 3:46 pm EDIT2: The really strange this is that you seem to have every track in your library twice!
See: https://www.dropbox.com/s/novbscqwjcozk ... 9.png?dl=0
The first version was added in on 12/21/2013 and the second was added two months ago (04/12/2018), I wonder how the second version could get into library? The path is identical so it couldn't be added by a library re-scan. Maybe an addon?
I had (maybe on april 2018) a strange thing about my MMW library setting, after having sync issue, i checked my watched folders and on the right, they was listed, but on the left, they wasn't checked ! I rechecked them on the left :

Sometimes my PC is powered off by "weather" perturbation or other electrical problems, when it reboot, MMW settings are sometimes corrupted and i restore them from backup (installation folder).
Ludek wrote: Fri Jun 15, 2018 3:46 pmMaybe an addon?
I don't know, this is my addons list :

Ludek wrote: Fri Jun 15, 2018 3:46 pmBTW my theory is that the media on which the tracks resides has changed somehow and thus the old tracks (duplicates) are now inaccesible. MM wants to serve arwtwork of the inaccesible copy. To confirm my theory try to locate the Maroon 5 album and delete the no longer accessible copies from the library. I guess it will resolve the issue and artwork will be finally shown over UPnP?
I found something interesting, surely the cause of my issue. I have several "collections", my main is "Ma musique" and when i browse it, i haven't any greyed tracks anywhere; if i browse maroon 5 : all tracks are good.

So if i search "Maroon" on this collection, i found good tracks...

But ! i searched again on "Full library" and greyed tracks appaired ! :

I tried to search my other artists and it is the same results : i have greyed files for most of them !

It seems that bad tracks have the path starting by "[DONNEES]" (my partition name) instead of "D:\" for good tracks.
Ludek wrote: Mon Jun 18, 2018 3:21 am FYI:

I've fixed the issue as https://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=14879 , i.e. so that artwork for the accessible copies is served via UPnP/Wi-Fi.
I've fixed it for the next build (4.1.21.1871), if you don't want to wait for the build you can test the fix directly by replacing your current MediaMonkey.exe from (1869) by this one: https://www.dropbox.com/s/fin3jdd6idyzn ... y.exe?dl=0
Thanks. I updated my .exe and Upnp artworks are all displayed when i browse them from MMA :)

I started a new sync and Maroon 5 deleted album is synced and artwork displayed in album view !! :)

But... others "not deleted" albums are not synced because they are presents and so, artwork are always missing.

Can i force artwork syncing without delete all my music data on my smartphone ?
Ludek wrote: Mon Jun 18, 2018 3:21 amThe question is why the duplicates were created, the media must have changed somehow and thus MM now see it as another media for some reason.
I guess that it is the case 3e) here: http://www.mediamonkey.com/support/inde ... ls-to-play
See the item 3e how to "repair" the situation.
I checked "dead links" node on all my collections : nothing is displayed. I can only view ghost files by searching on "full library" as i said before. How can i display all of them for batch delete. Should i ? Do you know what happened ?

Thanks.

This is because your "Ma musique" collection is defined by rule "Path\filename" contains "D:\..." and this is valid only for the "new" (good) tracks now, details below.

I am looking at your database and the serial number of the partition DONNEES (D:\) has been changed, there are two DONNEES rows, one with serial number 1962139072 and the newer one with serial 1826191608 , thus MM thinks that the old one is another (inaccessible) media.

So the case 3e) here: http://www.mediamonkey.com/support/inde ... ls-to-play
happened to you. If you don't care about the play stats on the old files then feel free to delete them, otherwise remove rather the "new" files from the library and (re-)locate the old , see the KB article for details how to do it.

You can access all the files (9300) by going to the [Entire Library > Location > HD:DONNEES > All]

Done :) Sorry, i didn't well saw the "3e".

My "Entire library" node was hidden (by me, a long time ago...), so i unhide it and i saw my 2 location and for one of them : all greyed tracks. I deleted all. Thanks :)

Since i dowloaded the Mediamonkey.exe you sent me, i have a "Dunit" windows displayed. I think it is a developement tool ? Can i remove it ? :

Since i deleted ghost tracks on MMW, i tried a new sync on my other device : Motorola Moto G2 : Like before, confirmation dialog ask me to delete all my 5000+ tracks. Should i accept to delete and sync all again or is there a better solution ?

Thanks :)

Yes, this is just development tool, just ignore it and install 4.1.21.1871 (to be posted shortly)

Yes, the song IDs are different so it wants to delete the "old" and copy the "new". If that's too time consuming for you then another solution could be force the "pairing" process that appears on clean MMA install (when songs are pre-existing on the device and MMA is firstly installed).
You would need to:
1) uninstall MMA
2) Delete [phone memory]/MediaMonkey/mmstore.db
3) Install MMA and let the music scan into MMA library
4) Sync with MMW to pair the songs.

It worked ! Sync has deleted about 500 tracks but it is less than all (5000). Thanks a lot :)

Can i do the same process to refresh missing artworks on my Moto G4 or do i need to delete all my tracks and sync again ?
